Foreseeable Correct Use
The Himax control valve unit is suitable as standard for controlling liquids and gases at pressures as given on the body of the valve, according to instructions and guidelines in the literature for the valve. Use of unit in other fields of application requires the manufacturer’s approval.
Operational safety is only assured if the system is used as intended.
Foreseeable Incorrect use
The Himax control valve unit may NOT be used with Oxygen in concentrations above 21%, or with other substances that are not listed in the literature for the valve fitted to the unit. In case you intend to use other substances, please contact the manufacturer before doing so.
