What is HIMAX?

HIMAX is a motorised valve solution from Maximator. It includes a stepper motor driven Maximator valve and a controller solution.

What is special about HIMAX?

We use a stepper motor, so it can be used for applications requiring much higher accuracy and repeatability of positioning. These valves are being used to control hydrotest pressure venting for large applications, for pump bypass control and as adjustable relief valves.

What options are available?

Embedded – Motor driven valve and controller for integration into customer controls

Pro – Motor driven valve and controller with software application and screen to control all valve functions and view valve status.

WPro – As Pro, with wireless access point to enable the valve to be operated from the HMI OR from a smartphone or tablet wirelessly.

Hydrotest – Motor driven valve and controller suitable for integration into customer controls. Comes complete with output connections to allow customer to connect an IP Controller and input connections to allow customer to connect a pressure transducer to permit a pressure testing application to be built.

Autovent – Motor driven valve and controller suitable for integration into customer controls. Comes complete with input connections to allow customer to connect a pressure transducer to allow a level of automated control based on system pressure.

SO – Special order. Includes special functions or layouts to suit customer requirements.
