S…-SS Series Pumps

MAXIMATOR High-pressure Pumps are driven by air or noble gas pressures between 1 bar and 10 bar.

Maximum output pressures of up to 7,000 bar available.

There are numerous potential applications for MAXIMATOR Pumps, in machine engineering, oil and gas industries, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, defence, mining and the construction industry as well as in aviation and aeronautics.

Maximator S…-SS series Pumps are available in single-acting design with one air drive piston. They are suitable for use in zone 1, category 2G/2D IIB TX explosion-proof areas (temperature class depending on medium temperature).

S…-SS-Pumps are single-acting, with one air drive piston, and operating pressures of up to 3,700 bar (53,660 psi).
The light, compact S…-SS pumps are ideally suited both for units for steady operation and for mobile applications. They start at an air drive pressure of only 1 bar (14.5 psi) and are ideal for applications which require fast reaction times.

Thanks to their stainless-steel wetted parts, SS pumps are optimally suited for use in water hydraulics:
• Hydrostatic tests: Valves, tanks, pressure vessels, pressure
switches, hoses, pipes and tubing, pressure gauges, cylinders,
transducers, well casings, BOPs, gas cylinders and components
from aerospace technology
• Burst and Cycle fatigue testing for parts mentioned above
• Calibration: Pressure gauges and transducers
• Water jet cutting and cleaning
• Leak testing
• Emergency shutdown systems for oil and gas wells
• Pressurization of accumulators for testing numerous components
• Operation and Control of well service and well head equipment

Liquified Gas Pumps

Maximator’s LGP range of pumps are available in a range of sizes and pressures and can be specified with flame arresters, for total flexibility when using flammable compounds.

The Maximator LGP (Liquified Gas Pump) series was developed for use with refrigerants. The design of these pumps is based on the mode of operation of gas compressors in combination with proven high pressure pump technology. The technology has been optimized for the compression of liquid and gaseous fluids, so that the pumps of the LGP series can compress and convey both aggregate states.

MO Series Pumps

MO pumps are single acting types with single air drive head. They are lightweight, rugged and are available in several pressure ratios, and are predestined for a large number of applications in oil hydraulics.

With cast iron bodies, tool steel plungers and polyurethane seals, all MO pumps come with bottom inlet as standard, with side inlet available as option.
Ideal for portable power packs.

The Maximator UK Team has been busy updating its service capabilities with an investment in a dedicated service area. Equipped with new air and high pressure gas compressor systems, and with fluid supply and test equipment, our technicians are able to effectively and safely service all Maximator pumps boosters and valves. Maximator technicians will test and verify condition in order to provide costs for service, and will perform final tests and provide service reports.

Available for all Maximator components, including for Oxygen and Hydrogen.

Maximator is well known for it’s “Maximum Pressure” strap line, but now the Winsford based Maximator UK team has turned their skills to this vacuum filling and testing unit.

Designed to fill and test sub sea valve actuators under vacuum.

While it seems a long way from the “Maximum Pressure” heritage, it also has two Maximator M Pumps for pressure testing.
