As the marine, power generation, and transport industries advance toward more efficient, higher-pressure engine systems, component durability is essential. Our new 10,000 Bar system empowers our client to perform critical autofrettage treatments in-house. By safely subjecting internal components to immense hydraulic pressures, this process maximizes fatigue strength and guarantees world-class quality standards.

Designing a system that safely and reliably operates at 10,000 Bar (roughly 9 times the pressure at the deepest point of the ocean!) is no small feat. A huge congratulations to our engineering team for delivering this complex, custom solution. 🤝
