We recently built a bespoke Flushing System for a customer wishing to flush sub sea valve components.

This Flushing System features :

•Motor-driven diaphragm pump,
•Turbulent flow provision at max. of 690bar @ 35lpm,
•500l reservoir with 2 18kW heaters,
•Closed-loop heater control to maintain tank temperature,
•Auxiliary fluid and cooler circuit connection capability,
•HMI & push-button operation (start, stop, speed adj., estop),
•3ph. power connection, simple to setup/plug and play,
•Power usage monitor on HMI,
•Motor speed, flow control valve & return isolation valve = 3 ways to adjust flow & pressure,
•Shielding plate to protect operators from water jets,
•Simple operation,
•Valves to control fluid circuit and pressure/flow.

Automatic Filter Test Unit

Maximator UK completes automatic filter test unit.

The latest from the Maximator UK team is this full featured automatic filter test unit. With automatic proportional clamping using air cylinders, this unit can test a variety of filter sizes, with hydrostatic test pressures up to 30 Bar. The unit can test a 3″ filter in about a minute.

“Next on the list is a similar system, but for pressures up to 400 Bar” said Craig McAfee, Maximator UK’s technical chief. “It’ll be a challenge but we love high pressure, and we love a challenge!”

Great for accurately setting up subsea valves in manufacturing or repair shops.

Low pressure fluid pressure tests to 15 Bar.

High pressure fluid pressure tests to 150 Bar.

Vacuum tests to -1 Bar.

Metering of water to 500 cc.

A test machine with a 20 US Gal oil tank, 5 US Gal vacuum cylinder, high pressure and low pressure pumps, and an accumulator bladder filling function, with 500cc syringe and hand pump for use with water, with 2 US Gal water tank.
