Automatic Hydrotest Unit

Small but feature packed test unit for API tests.

This compact hydrotest unit from Maximator UK has just been delivered for testing pipeline samples. Whilst it is a compact unit, it packs a punch in terms of specifications within its stainless steel frame.

It is automated with Maximator’s PID hydrotest control system, which includes programmable steps and can set or maintain pressure, vent, wait or loop. It can control ramp rates down to 1 Bar per minute. This makes it suitable for many testing profiles, including API 17B.

Using the built in 7″ VGA colour touch screen, it also includes a data logger which saves test results to a spreadsheet at a user defined sample rate. You can access the spreadsheets from any PC with an ethernet port and cable.

James Full Time For The Summer

First year engineering apprenctice course completed. Congratulations!

James, 17, has completed his first year and is now working with us full time over the summer. “It’s good to have the additional hands at a busy time”, said technician Ricky Wallis. “James has done well in his studies and it’s a good opportunity for him to gain more experience before he goes back to college for his second year”.

Remote Monitoring For Ultimate Reliability

It’s good when the kids phone home!

More and more Maximator machines and systems are now including remote monitoring capability. We are finding this technology is providing real benefits to customers, improving their responsiveness and, ultimately, increasing the reliability and availability of their assets.

Just in the last couple of months, we have retro-fitted one system and despatched three more that include telemetry. Some of these are used to log operating data, and some for updates and diagnostics. Maximator provides dashboards so that the information is available directly to the customer. Systems can also send emails and text messages for different alerts and events.

It’s just another way that Maximator provides Maximum protection for our customers.

Revolutionary H2 Gas Booster Series : X-TOWER

Another great solution for H2 fuelling systems from Maximator.

The X Tower system is a modular Hydrogen compressor solution for Integrators and manufacturers of H2 refuelling systems. It is sized for small fleet applications up to 900 Bar and in the 10 to 20 kg/hr range.

The range uses the proven Maximator EHB electro-hydraulic boosters, the same as used in the company’s GFS small fleet size hydrogen compressor systems. The modules can be mixed and matched to provide a range of pressure and flow options. The modules are compact and removable for service or exchange.

HULC

Incredible HULC demolishes the hard work of creating modular refuelling solutions with rack mounted Hydrogen generators.

Maximator’s HULC (Hydrogen unique linear compressor) series has been configured to work with standard 19″ rack mounted electrolyser units.

Using this system it is easy to configure modular and expandable high pressure hydrogen systems for vehicle refuelling, power to gas or power to power installations.
